Getting Started
What exactly is Clarity?
We help engineering and product leaders make priority decisions in 30 days instead of spending 3 months debating internally.
You tell us your priority decision. We analyse it against Outcome, Risk, Speed, and Cost using your own data. Then we give you a one-page decision document with WHY/WHAT/HOW/NOW.
You make the final call. We just remove the uncertainty.

Do I need to book a call to get started?
No. You can join the waitlist or choose a plan directly on the pricing page.
But most people book a 30-minute call first to make sure it fits their situation. No pressure either way.
Can I try it before committing long-term?
Yes. Three options:
- 1. Start with monthly plan (cancel after 30 days)
- 2. Do the AI Audit first (£3,999, 2 weeks, credited if you join OnePlan within 30 days)
- 3. Apply for the free decision sprint (October only, limited to 5 leaders)
What happens after I sign up?
We start immediately. No heavy onboarding. No delays.
- Week 1: Kickoff call to lock in your priority
- Weeks 2-3: We do the analysis
- Week 4: Deliver your one-page decision
Then you decide what to do next.
Do I need to prepare anything before starting?
Not really. Just have a real priority decision you need to make.
If you have notes, data, or context documents, great. If not, we'll work with you to gather what we need in week 1.
Pricing & Plans
How much does it cost?
OnePlan: £14,999/month (one priority decision per month)
Quarterly: £14,249/month (5% discount)
Annual: £13,499/month (10% discount)
AI Audit: £3,999 (2-week turnaround, yes/no decision on AI investment)
All prices are fixed. No hidden fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes.
- Monthly plan: Cancel with 30 days notice
- Quarterly plan: Cancel at end of quarter
- Annual plan: Cancel at end of year
No penalties. No tricks.
What if my priority changes mid-month?
Tell us in week 1 and we'll pivot. After week 1, we finish the current priority and start fresh next month.
You're paying for the process, not just the output. Changing direction late wastes the work we've done.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Give us 2 weeks notice to pause for one month. Your subscription resumes the following month.
Good for holidays, budget freezes, or when you just don't have a priority that month.
Do I have to use it every month?
No. It's a subscription, but you control when to use it.
Most clients use it monthly because there's always another priority. But you can pause (see above) or just let a month go unused.
What if I need multiple priorities at once?
Add more slots at the same monthly rate.
Example: 2 priorities = £29,998/month (or £26,998/month on annual plan)
Each priority runs in parallel with the same 30-day process.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your first payment starts your first 30-day cycle immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer or credit card. We send an invoice at the start of each billing period.
How does this compare to hiring a consultant?
Big consultancies charge £200k+ and take 6 months. They send a junior team. They upsell to bigger projects.
We charge £14,999 and deliver in 30 days. You work with senior people. We don't upsell.
We do one thing well instead of ten things poorly.
How It Works
What's the 30-day process?
- Week 1: Lock in the question and constraints
- Week 2: Map the trade-offs
- Week 3: Build the recommendation
- Week 4: Deliver your answer
Then you decide what to do with it.
What if it takes longer than 30 days?
We ship on day 30 regardless. If more work is needed, we use the next month to refine it.
You don't pay extra. We own the timeline.
What if my decision is bigger than 30 days?
We break it into sequential decisions. One per month.
Example: "Should we rebuild our platform?" becomes:
- Month 1: Assess current state and options
- Month 2: Prioritize which components to rebuild first
- Month 3: Build roadmap and resource plan
Each month delivers a decision you can act on.
What if my decision is smaller than 30 days?
We ship early and use remaining time to support rollout or move to the next priority.
You're paying for availability, not just output.
How much of my time does this need?
About 3-4 hours spread across the month:
- Week 1: 60-minute kickoff
- Week 2: 30-minute check-in
- Week 3: 30-minute alignment
- Week 4: 60-minute final presentation
- Async: Responding to clarification questions via email
That's it. We do the heavy lifting.
Do you work async or sync?
Mostly sync (scheduled calls) with async follow-up (email/Slack).
We're not a chatbot or helpdesk. You get real expert support with clear communication.
Delivery & Quality
What do I actually get at the end?
A one-page decision document with:
- WHY this priority matters (backed by your data)
- WHAT you should do (3 options ranked by risk/speed/cost)
- HOW to execute it (trade-offs made explicit)
- NOW actions (exact next steps with owners and dates)
Plus any supporting analysis that informed the decision.
Format: Usually a slide deck, but we can adapt to your preference (document, PDF, etc.)
Who does the work?
Senior-led. Currently just the founder.
We use AI for speed, but all analysis is human-led and human-verified. No junior team. No handoffs.
What if I'm unavailable during the month?
Tell us at the start. We'll adjust the timeline or pause the cycle.
But if you go dark mid-cycle without warning, we ship what we have on day 30. You're responsible for being available.
Will I work with the same person each time?
Yes. Consistency matters. Currently it's just the founder, so you work with the same person every month.
If that changes, we'll handle handover properly so no context is lost.
What if I don't like the recommendation?
You don't have to follow it. But you'll see exactly what the trade-offs are.
Our job is to show you the best path based on your data. Your job is to decide.
If you genuinely think we missed something or got it wrong, tell us. We'll revise it or walk you through our reasoning.
How do you handle disagreements in my team?
We interview all stakeholders separately, then synthesize their inputs objectively.
The one-page decision shows the trade-offs clearly. It's harder to argue when it's based on everyone's own data and criteria.
Politics don't go away, but evidence helps.
Guarantees & Trust
What's your guarantee?
First decision delivered within 15 business days or we issue a £4,000 credit toward a quarterly or annual plan.
No excuses. No delays. Just delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
We use credits, not refunds.
If we miss our 15-day delivery guarantee, you get a £4,000 credit toward future service.
If you're genuinely unhappy with the quality, tell us. We'll make it right - either redo it, pause your plan, or issue a credit.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Everything you share stays private.
We don't reuse it. We don't share it. We don't store it longer than needed.
We're happy to sign NDAs if required.
Do you record sessions?
Only with your permission. We never record without asking first.
We take notes and can provide summaries if useful.
Are you insured?
Yes. Professional indemnity insurance and public liability coverage.
We're a legitimate business, not a side hustle.
Can you support public sector requirements?
Yes. Trade-offs and evidence are explicit, which works well for governance and scrutiny requirements.
We've supported public sector clients before. We understand the compliance needs.
What if something goes wrong?
Tell us immediately. We'll fix it.
- If we miss a deadline, you get credit.

Yes. This is a common use case.
We'll map all costs (direct, indirect, opportunity), assess strategic value, model risks, and show long-term TCO.

We have 5 projects and can only do 2. Can you help prioritize?
Yes. This is exactly what we do.
We'll score all 5 against Outcome, Risk, Speed, and Cost. Show clear trade-offs. Recommend the top 2 with rationale you can defend to your board.
